  • Items will be delivered to your home or office by Australia Post.
  • If you are not home to receive, the items will be left at your doorstep.
  • Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.

  • We take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of goods once delivered.

Address Accuracy and Re-Shipping Policy: We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping address for accuracy before completing your order. Buy Gluten Free Direct is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for these reasons, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
