Tried the product for the first time. We are on a low-carb regime and found this to make a loaf of extremely good bread. With the added benefit of being gluten-free, which was perfect as one of our guests is a celiac. Well done!! Low-carb breads tend to have a “chewy” texture, but this bread was not that at all. If anything maybe just a little crumbly on day 2.

Agree. Best gluten free bread for people not wanting to eat useless carb breads. Since I had to move to gluten free it is the first bread mix that is not made of empty carbs. It is nutritious, tastes good and is gut healthy. I added extra seeds and used the six egg option.

I have been celiac for a long time and also cannot tolerate corn/maize. This is honestly the best gluten free bread I have ever found and hope it will always be available. It has enabled me to eat a closer to normal diet.
